Winter II Classes For Kids

Students gain an introduction to the Circus Arts, developing a basic skill set while increasing their strength and flexibility. Silks, lyra, unicycling, juggling, stilt-walking, tightrope, trapeze, and Spanish web are among the skills offered. Beginning/Intermediate Level: 12 to 15 yrs old

This class is a perfect starting point for kids ages, 12-15 or students moving up from the Introductory to Circus Arts class. Students should expect to remain in this class for at least one year.

Intermediate Level 1: 9 to 12 yrs old

Teacher Approval required. This class is for students who have excelled in the Circus Arts Beginning class or have been in our summer camp program and have accomplished the required skills; basic juggling, tumbling and aerial arts.

Intermediate Level 2: 11 to 14 yrs old

Teacher Approval required. This class is for students that have acquired more strength and flexibility and mastered juggling, unicycle and more advanced aerial skills.

Advanced Level: 10 to 15 yrs old

This class is an invitation only class. Students in this class have proven dedication and respectful for all the circus arts and mastered unicycle, juggling, aerial arts, splits, back walk-over and more advance tumbling skills. This class is geared towards sequencing choreography and performance.

Parent and child work and play together in a fun, safe, structured class environment. Children learn a new "trick of the week" at each meeting. Taught by Mandi Martens.
